How do I overcome decades of procrastination? Anything to do with losing weight / getting fit / living healthy can always be started tomorrow. Instant gratification (i.e. the biscuit in front of me) always defeats me.
I'm prediabetic with a slowly, but steadily rising fasting BG (have been checking every morning for over a year now). Average BG In March was 6.22. BMI is 44.2. Age: 64.
Occasionally I manage to give myself a push and follow rules (lose a pound or two) before I fall off the wagon again with a big thud.
