Are you low carbing and on metformin by any chance? I had this for about a month. Stopped when they finally reduced metformin from 3 to 1 - when I had a hypo! at this point I had lost a lot of weight and halved my blood sugars. Just asking?Hi
I am feeling dizzy more regularly. Is this because my sugar has completely gone down? Is this nornal when your intake of suger is zero and what can be done to fix this?
Thanks

Low blood pressure can cause dizziness, even to the extent of fainting. It's very common (not the fainting bit, that's more extreme.)
I explained that I have completely changed my diet. no more sugar or fat and more exercise. I am also getting fuzzy sight. Should I be concerned?
Normally drink black coffee with no sugar for breakfast before going to work or doing any exercise. This is when it is really bad,
If you're not on meds then it could be your body getting used to low carbing. How much water are you drinking? Not enough can make you feel dizzy. You need to drink gallons! I think I'd be tempted to make a doctors appointment. Are you eating enough? Not on Metfomin or any medication
Dizziness on a low carb diet can also be from lack of salt. You need more salt when you are low carbing than when you are eating a standard diet.
