Are you not happy with your progress? From what I can gather you are counting calories, counting carbs, counting steps etc. you must be seeing numbers in your sleep! Serious suggestion here, have you thought of doing slimming world? I know you go for the weigh in obviously, but do you not fancy following the plan? Red days, loads of super free veg and low carb syn choices? The plan does work and it might give you a focus free from counting everything. Just an idea. Don't hit me![]()
Yes I am very happy with my progress, just scared that it will all stop now, like so many times before. Slimming World, Yes I have thought of it, I can see that there are some parts of it which are very good, I was so put off by all the low fat and processed foods that they were plugging that I didn't fancy it. But, I could adapt their plan to suit me. I just wouldn't be staying for the meetings! I have a few ideas for when I need a rest from this for a couple of weeks. I am counting lots because that's what I like doing. I have always enjoyed playing with numbers, even taught myself times tables before I knew what they were, so counting isn't a chore to me, it's a pleasure. I know I'm weird but I can't help it. And why would I even want to hit you????? You have helped me loads, and anyway I'm over that wobbly now.....for a few days at least!
