"A new you in 42"

Boy! I've missed loads!
Sorry I've missed you over the weekend, sounds like everyone has been getting on brilliantly!!!
Well Saturday here was a washout, so it was just a case of two short walks with soggy dogs. Sunday I made up for it with an hour's run on a hilly 10k. I had to walk a few of the hills, but I was pleased that I got around. Yesterday I did a blast of gardening - good for me, bad for the weeds!
Either a cycle or run today.
Soooo great to read how well everyone is doing - up and down staircases, adventurous walks, nightie dancing, house cleaning, treasure hunting, cycle training. What an awesome effort!
Jamrox you're an inspiration! :)

I'm stuck in waiting for 2 deliveries. But I found mad Gillian Michaels on YouTube. Did her 35 minute abs and cardio. I think she's got a cheek expecting me to do side planks though! (Really hurt- I was making noises like a constipated pig).
Got a blood sugar rise of 2 so got on the rower (other half got it back off his mum as it was sitting in the shed). It's lowest tension is harder than the one in the gym but it did the job.
Just pottering around tidying up and stuff. Trying not to sit down and watch morning telly!

Might go and do the stairs challenge - there's a thought. Xx

@Jamrox I am being bullied by pipp and peace train. I have seen pipp in action before flushing @andy 1234 head down the loo and even stealing his dinner money. They have been posting pictures of me dressed in sumo gear on this thread. I'm feeling emosh now! Although that could be the 6 year old wittering in my ear! Lol!

Not at fit as you lot, but peacetrain's stair idea has made me think. I am drinking lots of water on Newcastle diet, with subsequent needs for toilet breaks. So if I am upstairs I make myself use the downstairs bathroom, and if downstairs when I need the lav, go use the upstairs one. Must make sure not to leave it till last minute though. I am very slow on stairs.
There must be plenty of little ways like this to get moving just a bit more.

Like all bullies I am chickening out of this one. It was not me Scandichic and Jamrox. I am just a poor fat insecure, crippled lady. Please let me be your friend. I need someone to protect me from the bigger bullies.

Only if you promise not to steal my lunch money! Lol!
Your helmet would prevent toilet flushing incidents.

Ooops, sorry. I didn't mean that. You are my friend now. I could get you doing the flushing though!

Pipp,
Your post saddens me. You just want to use me to bully the others. I think I'll have to report you to miss Fritton. (I would have loved to go to school at st trinions!) my kids think it's a real school! If it were I'd like a job there - lol!
