Low carb

All meat is low carb, if its processed it might have carbs, depends what they use as a filler.
Veg that grows above ground is fine, broccoli, cabbage, cauli, spinach - you get the idea?

Thats good i love spinach an no i don't eat processed meats I'm allergic to what ever the use in them we grow our own veg here at home thank you

I rarely eat bananas
I do eat grapes, oranges, apples occasionly necarines

Meat we buy grass fed rump in bulk chicken an pork

You really need to check the carbohydrate values of the foods you eat. Some of those fruits are quite high - esp. grapes. Potatoes are also a problem for most Type 2's.

There's a good book called 'Carbs and Cals' which gives values for all sorts of foodstuffs and meals, there are websites and apps too. But we respond differently, best to test with a BG meter before and after eating, especially something new or 'suspect'.

I have been ive found for some reason some of the sugar replacements like stavia spike my levels i can handle equal but thank you ill check into it
