Room 101 (like the TV prog)

Hmmm evidence would suggest otherwise, but as I have no wish to join Mr Pipp and Mr Satindoll in the grumpy husband holding area I'm forced to agree

Mr Pipp out. His transgression was minor, and he soon saw the error of his ways and has been a perfect gofer. Too useful to send back at the moment. But he has been warned!

Over weight men who seem to think that it's their right during sunny weather to expose us to their pale flabby torsos' in the park/pub garden or even in the street. It ain't beautiful. Same goes to girls with huge muffin tops who seem to think it's attractive to wear a pair of lycra leggins with a crop top.

Maybe every town should have a sign like this...

Have noticed ****** presents are missing, did someone move them, was going to send them to sisters-in-law in 101.

Daft gits like me who spend too long on forum, and take to much notice of peoples' 'expert' opinions.
On my way.

My contribution today:

Viruses

Been feeling under the weather since the weekend, but it is slowly kicking up, gear by gear. Today's addition is swollen glands and sore neck. Started at the same time as a bout of hay fever. Sneaky wotsit. So it crept over the drawbridge and took up occupation before I realised I was under attack.

Haven't had this since I was 16. Thought swollen glands were a trendy teenage excuse for skipping 6th form classes.

Ridiculous!

I'm going to write a very strong letter of complaint.
To someone.
In the strongest possible terms.
That'll show them.
Hah!

Nothing worse than seeing an adult with the mumps!
Ye Gods!
Do you think that is what it is?!?

:wideyed:

Ooh.. You cheeky scamp! You had me for a moment then!

(Although I might just toddle off and check the symptoms... Never had it when I was a child... Hypochondriac? Moi? Nonsense!)

Hmm... It would be a couple of weeks off work!
Where do I sign up?

Seriously though, thank heaven tomorrow is Friday.
Had enough of this week.

I would like to put in the "speed of light" as it just isn't fast enough and is causing my internet connection to be slow!

I contracted the mumps when I was 43. went to bed feeling ropey and woke up even worse. When i looked in mirror I thought that I really ad let myself go even more than I thought I had as my face was the size of a full moon. Had to see locum GP at hospital and he couldn't stop laughing - asked me which young bloke I'd been kissing to get them !!!

Uh, oh.

@nosher - In your shoes, I'd be getting myself in that room, for my own safety and wellbeing.

Just a thought. ;)

Can I be forgiven? I thought this was a thread on a site that discussed symptoms and try to come with answers!

Chuckle!

Chuckle![/QUOTE]

Or 'chortle' in Beano speak!

Chuckle!

No no no. This is a thread that let's us all be as pernickety as we possibly can whilst taking the Mickey out of the rest of the world who are nowhere near as righteous as we quite clearly are lol ;)
