Oh that brings back a painful memory .......... I went to a keep fit class one lunch time with work colleagues. We were given skipping ropes to warm up. As I had been an ace skipper in my youth I decided to show off and did a load of double bumps. Result? I tore my Achilles tendon and ended up on crutches for 8 weeks.
