Could my diabetes be causing these symptoms

Question to the Wise Ones; can neuropathy affect temperature control?

I've not heard about it, if it does, but it seems like a possibility...

Sweat Glands
Autonomic neuropathy can affect the nerves that control sweating. When nerve damage prevents the sweat glands from working properly, the body cannot regulate its temperature as it should. Nerve damage can also cause profuse sweating at night or while eating

Thanks.

I knew about the sweating, but didn't realise it can actually affect the body's core temp.

Don't know if I'm wise! But one of my most annoying symptom before meds was that I was always above normal temperature. Always warm sitting with the back door open whilst all in the household shivered around fires and radiators.
I'm bl.... Freezing now!

I'm thinking maybe fluctuating BSLs. Neuropathy can't help.
