Step up for Santa

Me too . Just had a shower and knackered but hopefully will be better tomorrow ,compared to a lot of people on here I'm fine
 
So I did 23 minutes after dinner on bike.. Had to get off as bum was aching. I need a padded saddle cover for Xmas.
 
I have missed all this, as away since start. Promise I have been active every single day. Out in fresh air for several hours a day, even in the rain and cold.

Any prizes for effort?
 
Lots of prizes , I know how rubbish the weather has been at times lol

I think you got first prize at the very beginning when you did your ups and downs , it was first prize for inspiration anyway
 
30 min walk in the freezing cold at lunch time - think that's it for me today:)

The weather here is terrible . Been up and had a shower abc now back on my bed . I'm going to hospital appointment with my daughter , I don't have the energy but I have to , long story . My eldest daughter is driving instead of me so I can just sit.
I m a hopeless patient .

We are about 18 miles from Largs , it's the place where old granny's push their parents in wheel chairs and the sea gulls are like mutants lol
 
Rain , hail , wind , thunder and lightening all at once in Ayrshire
 
In the early 70s I did the day rover bit on the MacBrayne ferries in the Clyde, trying to see how many boats you could hop on and off. Starting from Helensburgh I seem to remember it involved several sprints along Rothesay pier! Anyway, I was recommended not to bother going to Largs ...

Haha Sanguine , Largs is quite a busy place now , fantastic ice cream from Daniella Nardini (actress ) family .
