Off to my Saturday morning game of tennis now and then back to the eye hospital for my mom's first post operational visit.

Enjoy the weekend.

5.7 this morning - was a bit concerned because I went to bed at 6.3 after yet another Christmas meal! It's strange but after going out for meals 3 days running I'm really looking forward to having a nice big salad!!!

Couldn't find xanthan gum in our Sainsbury's so ordered some on eBay. Dearer for same size but next up is a lot less relatively speaking. Thanks :-):-) whoever suggested it, can't recall and too many posts to scroll back thru on app.
Possibly me cause use it in GF DF baking. Chest infection still not gone see GP Mon am. Blood sugar 6.2 this morning so coming down:)

Enjoy the tennis. So windy here wouldn't be much of a game...... Forgot to ask about your Mum - how's she doing? Believe recovery time is quite short before patient starts to see well again
