Breakfast - granola with semi skimmed milk as an experiment to see what it did (went from 7.4 prior to eating to 8.3 two hours later)
(Late) Lunch - Jacket potato with tuna & sweetcorn mayo and a latte (we were out and eating in a cafe so choices were limited and I know it wasn't ideal)
Evening meal - Omelette with red onions, mushrooms, garlic, peppers and cheese - YUM
