Breakfast - granola with semi skimmed milk as an experiment to see what it did (went from 7.4 prior to eating to 8.3 two hours later) 
(Late) Lunch - Jacket potato with tuna & sweetcorn mayo and a latte (we were out and eating in a cafe so choices were limited and I know it wasn't ideal)
Evening meal - Omelette with red onions, mushrooms, garlic, peppers and cheese - YUM

		 I have now lost half a stone since I saw the GP 12 days ago - down to all the things I haven't eaten - bread, cakes, biscuits, pasta, potatoes, chocolate, cookies.  And I don't normally eat crisps, I don't actually enjoy them.

		 Still in Qatar so no chance to try them till I get back to Bahrain and my oven...
