Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Don't try and buy them they're £28 a pack of 10 and the meter aint cheap take care. Left you a PM with more info. Get rest and eat light, not nothing, that will make you more unwell. :)

Have had a couple of slices of ham and cream cheese and some yoghurt berries and cream. Tummy seems to be settling

7.0 this morning with my meter had a rough night. Hopefully chest drain is coming out today:-). Then maybe home beginning of next week (what's home) been in 20 days today

Morning all.

Mine was 17.5 at 6am :(.

I started LCHF last week so am a bit fed up about it. I'm guessing its DP as before bed it was 10.... still high but down on recent weeks. I'll test again mid morning.
