People have mostly forgotten about it or don't want to know.
It's the biggest environmental disaster ever.
It is still spewing massive amounts of radiation into the air the sea the groundwater the people.
It's like a huge cannon firing out endless tons of nuclear death into our world every second of every day.
Cancer rates in parts of Japan have rocketed by six thousand percent.

In some places to turn on the gas appliances is as good as suicide because of the effects of deadly radiation.
This thing is not just far from done with it's accelerating by the second.
The damage is being added to none stop.
I'm not going to provide any links.
Those who have concerns about the environment will be reminded to do their own searches.
Notice how the main stream media .... the only true and reliable source .... for many around here .... have collectively shut down regarding this issue?
Shut down globally?
If they don't say anything the people will think it's gone away.
They'll forget.
They'll think it's sorted.
They won't think.
They trust us .....

Show me the facts, even chernobyl, they are struggling to show increased cancer rates, except for those who directly worked on site at the time of the disaster.

We would be better off using nuclear everywhere instead of churning out the smoke.

Not sure what even Chernobyl is supposed to mean.
Chernobyl was one reactor.
Fukushima is numerous reactors on the coast.
The reports before the main stream media went quiet were air filters in cars in California showing massive ammounts of radioactivity from this disaster as well as the stuff being detected on the west coast of America.
Wipe out of much sea life.
How could it be any different.?
Damaging radioactivity continues to spew out into the environment.
It's pretty difficult finding links when the mainstream media have gone quiet.

It's disturbing that when it's not in the main stream then it isn't happening.

The under reporting is a disgrace but to be expected.
A global industry worth billions lack of alternatives and a public the powers that be don't want protesting around the world is understandable.

Chernobyl .... scientists were unanimous that twenty five years down the road all manner of cancers would have massively risen.
Here we are twenty five years down the road with a massive increase in cancers.

So easy to throw this conspiracy title around when someone suspects the powers that be are lying.

Sorry I'm not a uniformed well behaved sheep.
Who in their right mind would ever suspect the politicians and big corporations were lying to the people!!!!
Who in their right mind would ever think these people conspire against the general public!!!
Best way of dealing with people who suspect politicians lie is call them silly names .... stick labels on them .... that'll teach 'em!

I have no problem with jacks posts in general when he discusses diabetes and gives advice on that he's considerate and informed.
It seems however that we will never see eye to eye over the more dubious side of the Internet. And just as he is entitled to post his opinions I'm just as entitled to refute them
