5.6 this morning - not sure re yesterday's as tried 3 times to get a drop and failed dismally so gave up!!

Good morning eddie and thanks, I think that the stability I am getting is from the quite large amouts of flax that I eat ie 100 grams per day.

Other than that its 20 grams of carbohydrates/day [ net ] and keeping all other factors as constant as possible.

Then of course there is ,and perhaps more importantly, simple good fortune.

5.9 this am I expected it to be higher as the Doctor stopped my metformin last night for a month he said as my iron levels low...he also refer me to have stomach checked in case a bleed inside.... needless to say I slept terrible ...worst night sleep i ever had grrr

6.4 this morning on batch 26. My fasting readings have notched up slightly since stopping the Metformin I think though I wasn't often in fives on three a day of it either.

Hi susikav, try lidl's german darkgolden linseed bread,( biona organic) 3.9g of carb per slice, it works for me!

Just out of interest I was dreaming about stormy seas again last night and have been getting this a lot lately. In fact most of my dreams are of the sea, wonder why ?
