I'm new to lchf but I'm loving it. I feel it's time to introduce exercise again ( I relaxed on it so I could safely introduce the new eating regime) so far I've only reduced my bolus needs & haven't touched my basal rates. Usually about 1 hour before exercise I reduce my basal to 50% for about 2 hours, after exercise I'm usually hypo or flirting around it. I'm wondering if this would still be the case...Any tips or advice?
