I had a slice of bread for my breakfast every morning.
Before breakfast at 4.6, after
1 hour 6.4, after 2 hour it was 6.8 but came down to 5.4 after 3 hour.
Is this a spike? If it is I don't know what I can eat for breakfast already.
My dietician told me to eat 2 slices of bread with milk. But I think that is too much Carb for me.
