severely uncontrollable type 1 diabetes

@RuthW thank you , all your previous experince i passed with (levimer and lantus) but results didnt changed & i dont know if pump can help or not
 
@Robinredbreast i attended to both hospital types public & private with no result all of them treats me as emergency dka case only .
from yesterday iam very tired now my device records 670 mg/dl with about 110 units of insulin over my routine daily doses which is about 130 rapidacting insulin & 45 long acting insulin, my breath my stomach is not good and i dont want to attend to hospital cause i recently got out about two days ago .

Hi Marina

Your long acting dose is quite low compared to your rapid acting. Normally a good starting point is 50% of your total daily insulin and adjust from there. It would be best to talk to your doctor about this, as you will never get control until your long acting dose is set properly. I hope you manage to sort this out soon.
