I'm a porridge lover and discovered I'm fine with it so long as I put a tablespoon of coconut oil in it and it tastes great too!
Great idea about the coconut oil in porrige! I do occasionally long for a nice bowl of steaming porrige but it spikes me :-( . Might give it a go with the coconut oil tho

Hi gabe86, the best bit of kit i use every day am and pm is my exercise bike ...but i have to say it wasn't cheap its a bremshey, the workout is great from novice to athlete (other bikes are available) i can watch tv as i pedal like a loon around the grand canyon or other pre installed routes, happy exercising ::))
Oh gosh yes.....I love my bike too @Clivethedrive !! At least twice a day, more if work Rota allows, I always have my music on (loud) and go for it!! Mine was a bargain from a friend's mum who hadn't even used it!

4.2 fasting
5.1 pre lunch
3.2 shaky leaving work went to Costa had a coffee with cream and a bar of dark chocolate .
Feeling better I drove home pre dinner 4.7 and 2 hours later 5.2

Secret's out now!! They'll all want one now, best bit of kit i have, only time i have not been able to use was during the prostrate infection, but i'm back on it now ::))

Yes sure in toronto high glucose above 33.3 mom/l

@Gabe86 is that 33.3 mmol / L ?

If it is then that's extremely high!

To put it into context when I saw my doctor with my Diabetic symptoms my Doctor did a finger prick test. The result was 26 mmol / L - I was told that was the highest ever seen at my Doctor's surgery! I was told I'd probably have to go straight on Insulin!

Please, get urgent attention. Anything over 10 mmol / L is damaging to your body!

Don't wait till Sunday!

My treadmill is in my living room.................yes my living room.

When I'm too tired to jog outside, or I've finished work too late, I walk on treadmill at 3.5 mph for up to an hour watching TV.

It does not feel like exercise really but it is. :)
If I put my machine in the sitting room my husband would finally leave home... :) I velcro my iPad or iPhone to the front of it and watch or listen... the time time goes by really fast... I have audiobooks too, they help... I'd really like a cycling machine, but I don't really have the room for one... I have an outbuilding but it is full - I have a 3 metre tank in there with 9 large red-eared slider turtles in it... :) All rescued by my husband, bless him... but it leaves me with nowhere to put a cycling machine sadly...

Are you sure you had a reading of 33 as in a British reading of 33?
I have sneaking suspicion we're not understanding your readings.
My meter goes to 29 and after that it just flashes high.
First time it happened I phoned the doc for advice and next thing I know I'm being whizzed away by the men in white coats and ut on a drip for fifteen hours and then allowed home with a reading of 15 which they were happy with as it was going down.
But seriously .... if that's a British 33 you should be in hospital.

Edited because I typed 19 instead of 29.
Wow... that must have been scary...
