Set your walking machine up so you can walk and catch up with your programs - or walk on the spot in front of the TV? ;)

My treadmill is in my living room.................yes my living room.

When I'm too tired to jog outside, or I've finished work too late, I walk on treadmill at 3.5 mph for up to an hour watching TV.

It does not feel like exercise really but it is. :-)

Don;t know if it was this thread or the waht you are eating thread but someone mentioned they wished ibuprofen was available without sucralose in. Just got some from Sainsburys but while I was there noticed they also do capsules and liquid capsules, neither of which have sucralose in them. HTH

Effectively managing my condition.

The slogan of a well known hardware retailer is: You can do it if you B&Q it.

I can do it if I low carb it
I can do it if eat to my metre
I can do it if I exercise a little
I can do it if I love my wife and children.
I can do it if I love my:
Eyes, Legs, Kidneys, Toes, Liver, Heart and not forgetting....I can do it if I love bedroom activities.

:)

Thank you for all your suggestions✌
Are you sure you had a reading of 33 as in a British reading of 33?
I have sneaking suspicion we're not understanding your readings.
My meter goes to 29 and after that it just flashes high.
First time it happened I phoned the doc for advice and next thing I know I'm being whizzed away by the men in white coats and ut on a drip for fifteen hours and then allowed home with a reading of 15 which they were happy with as it was going down.
But seriously .... if that's a British 33 you should be in hospital.

Edited because I typed 19 instead of 29.

You don't elaborate much about why your readings are so high or why you don't seem alarmed.
I'd be alarmed not a little concerned but alarmed.
Do you understand what your situation actually is?
