10.3 this sunny morning. Started on 6 units of insulatard in a morning yesterday and go back to diabetic clinic in 6 weeks:rolleyes:. Off to doctors this morning to get chest checked now I am back on normal long term antibiotics. I will also get my full blood count test results.:)
My goodness, you are so sweet-tempered about all your clinic and hospital attendances... always a smile... :)

6.0 a little high for me, but have had little sleep the last 2 days so hopefully things will get in line once I can get more than 2 hours sleep per night.

Have a beautiful day everyone.
That's not good... :( I hope you sleep tonight...

Yes...I want to know too...lol
Almond; hazelnut; cashew nut?; peanut.... try to get organic with nothing added - don't buy the ones with sugar in...

Been away for a couple of days due to work.

Yesterday: 5.3 (no sleep at all on Monday night - annoyingly broke a long run of readings in the 4's)
Today: 4.8

7.2 this am...was awake at 1.30am as had no supper seeing as I stopped the Insulin after dinner and when tested before bed was 10.2 so nothing to eat for me last eve...am not hungry though but making sure i get enough to eat in the day ;)

Lots of hot drinks, my favourite for a cold is hot no added sugar Vimto or lemon tea. Halls sugar free throat sweets are good if your OK with eucalyptus. Take care and keep warm Kimbo big hugs ((( ))):)
Must try the hot no added vimto loulou! Have brought lemon juice and canderel to work to make my own hot lemon....With paracetamol, improvisation is the way!! Never really liked eucalyptus though

I put a tsp of peanut butter (organic and no additives) in my hot chocolate at night... oh boy, it makes it all worthwhile... :) I think it was Sable who gave me the idea... or Kimbo maybe... good anyway... :)
I put cream in my cocoa and hot water....but now I so need to try peanut butter !! Don't think tonight though as I can't taste today due to the dreaded cold!!

Stevia is so much better for you than the other sweeteners... Have you tried it? I bake with their Truvia and it goes brown like sugar! :p... It comes from green leaves... :)

80 mg/dl or 4.44 mmoles/l early this beautiful morning.
Pasha, your numbers are always impressive and given your last comment about weighing out your food, could you give a little summary of what you eat? Cheers, Hj
