6.7 mmol / L this morning.
5.2 mmol / L at bed time last night - only just the wrong side of midnight.

6.6 this morning

no idea on bedtime as crashed into bed at 5.30pm....no evening meds or meal....just total exhaustion and splitting headache...slept solid till 6.00am

Morning all

6.4 fasting. Got a squeaky wheel so have to drop the car off at the garage before work. That isn't a euphanism.

79 mg/dl or 4.39 mmoles/l . Ate out yesterday and no exercise, very degenerate I know.

But did you enjoy your day off, Pasha dear? And one is supposed to have a day off from exercise, otherwise the muscles become too accustomed, and the transporters become less vigorous. So you absolutely did the right thing, as always, in giving the body something only marginally different to cope with. I wish my degenerate ways resulted in such a minor deviation!

4.7 again this morning. Mixed nuts again at bedtime (no attack by cashews tho ;))
Can I ask, does having nuts or something similar to eat at bedtime help lower morning figures?

I never eat anything after my evening meal at 6pm, and I am wondering if this is too long before taking my morning figure at around 8am?

I hope you feel better this morning :)
Unfortunately not

Am doubled over with stomach cramps, headache and a general feeling that I'm outside my body - all very odd

4 sausages took me from 6.6 to 10.4 (2 hours after) - something isn't right

Have GP appointment for 2.30 tomorrow
