5.4 this morning. Happy with that as I dropped my insulin a couple of units off the back of my recent results.

5.2...seems like i am experiencing an earthquake in nepal

4.6 this morning. Good considering I went off the rails last night and had fish and chips takeaway (for the first time in 18 months) and recorded a scary 10.1 2 hrs after. I'm not cured then!

it's as well to check every 18 months in case the Gods have smiled on you... were they good ones though?

Oh yes! But I shall not repeat any time soon.
