Day60 ND (Sat) 4.1. At 5.35am. 20km run/walk. It was one of my goals to make the distance before
my next birthday, which is soon. One hour swimming in the afternoon, then a sleep before going to
dinner and the theatre in the evening (with red wine at Interval)
And now it is 3am and I can't sleep any more! I am having a cup of cinnamon and orange tea and feel rather hungry, but cannot summon the energy to find some cheese and olives.BGL is 5.1

7.9 :( had very little carbs intake yesterday too, I'm wonder if it is dp however my throat feels like the bottom of a bird cage at the mo and other half has a cold at mo grrrrrr!

Could be your throat, hope your not getting your other halves cold

Me too as the last cold I had was at xmas, completely wiped me out and shortly after diagnosed with T2.

4.8 am, 4.2 pre and 6.0 post, chicken n cabbage, then a good evening walk
Have a good Sunday chums

5.9 this morning after a rather carby day yesterday - see in the 'what have you eaten today' thread for the whole sordid tale!!

I missed the slot yesterday, and this morning it was 6.4. That's higher than expected, I need to double check my home made Thai green curry.
