First parkrun for weeks, due to working lots of weekends, so that's 5km or 3 miles. Plus about 6 miles walking round uni campus on invigilation duties in past week. 9 miles total, 632.4 miles left. Will be marshalling Sheffield Trail Rush tomorrow, but not sure how much distance I'll cover on foot.

Left mapmy run in the pub! So haven't posted guestimate miles. Just gone back to get it and fancy a run/walk on white cliff folkestone to Dover this arvo. Will post mileage later.

Got directed here from another thread :)
Walked 17.3km yesterday which is 10.5 miles.

No bluebirds over the white cliffs of Dover but a rather nasty dog who tried to take a chunk out of my dog.

13.7 miles run/walk. 608.2 miles to go.

Next pub stop at circa 500 miles cue the proclaimers!

3 miles parkrun, 2 miles walking round Brimham Rocks with friends, bit of bouldering with girls aged 13 and 11, while they tried to ignore their parents holding hands yesterday. 2 miles geocaching today. Total 7 miles. 556.2 miles left. Once saw Proclaimers busking in Market Square, free performance, as they were performing at Cambridge Folk Festival.

8 mile run along the royal military canal. Giraffes and bisun were out and about at Port lympne and the public footpath goes right through the middle of it.
