6.1 mmol / L this morning.
4.3 mmol / L at bed time.

Not too bad considering:
1) not the normal bed time food.
2) bed time past midnight.
3) probably tested post my Dawn Phenomenon this morning.

Good morning,

7.6 this morning, starting day 2 ND (NP), a bit of a headache yesterday afternoon - not sure if it is the sugar in the drinks (after months limiting the stuff) or dehydration. I can only control the fluid intake so here's to a few extra glasses today.

Try drinking lots of water if you don't like plain water put a slice of lemon in the glass. Its really nice, hot water is also good

5.5 on this very wet Mancurian morning, youngest ones birthday on Sunday (12). Family gathering at our house.

But first to work.

Have a good one all.

5.4 on a grey and dismal Jockoland morning

Getting exited about FA Cup final now :)

C'mon the ****

5.6 this morning. Off to see DPN for my review. Not seen this one before as recently changed gp surgery. Hope she's as good as the last one. I'm expecting to get my knuckles rapped anyway for the last few weeks, so might as well woman up and get it over with, then I can concentrate on getting back to my previous good behaviour:angelic:
