6.7 today.

Should come back down a bit now that im back to work today...booo!

Morning all 5.9 dropped to 4.0 last night at work ,what is the safe level for driving any way ?.

Mine was 6.8..Safe level for driving should be above 5. You should carry a fast acting carb with you if you are driving and suspected low.

4.9 this fine morning, but had a high yesterday afternoon of 7.9 my own fault a small slice of my twelve year old birthday cake.

6.8 mmol / L this morning.
5.4 mmol / L at bed time.

Not great but, could be worse! At least it's in the sixes! ;)

From the DVLA document DIABINF:

Drivers with Insulin Treated Diabetes are advised to take the following precautions:
... if your blood glucose is 5.0mmol/l or less. take a snack. If it is less than 4.0mmol/l or you feel hypoglycaemic do not drive.

... you must not start driving again until 45 minutes after blood glucose returns to normal.

Good morning all :)

4.8 this morning (01/06/15)

That's a little high for me at the moment but obviously I'm not in the least bit concerned :)
