Before I started lowering the carbs and cutting out sugar stuff I weighed just under 9 st not overweight but I am happiest at around 8st 8lb so was quite happy when I found I had lost some weight and was back to what I liked to be but it did not stop there and over the next few weeks I went down to about 8st 3lb and was not happy about that. It did stop there and for a few months I never lost or gained any
Wanting to put back a few pound I started to eat nuts knowing they were high in fat and calories and it did work but now I have put on to much I weighed myself today and I am 8st 12lb It must be the nuts as I have not changed anything else so I will stop eating them and I am still not convinced that fat does not make you fat. My diet is mostly moderate carbs and fat
