5.1 last night - could be red peppers or onions. Hope it wasn't the blackberries and raspberries.

BG was 7.1 at bed time. It probably didn't help that I was unable to get out for a walk yesterday either.

Wow well done sounds like I am a lot smaller to start with. You keep up your good work
