Looks like nomistheman has beaten me with the answer. Hope you soon get used to your lower blood glucose levels. I am getting used to new fasting levels although we are still playing around with my insulin doseIn essence - a false hypo is hypo symptoms at a level above 4.0 mmol / L. Often experienced when someone starts being consistently lower - blood glucose wise- than their body is used to. It disappears after a period of stability.
The stress has probably raised your blood sugars @oldman1954 .Morning all 8.3 where did that one come from usually in the sixes.
