Morning folks. A decent 4.8 fasting for me today. Happy with that. Time to half my Gliclazide to 20mg now me thinks. My DNS gives me support, AND free reign to modify my dose, as long as I keep her in the picture. She's a gem!

Whilst I'm here, if you've been enjoying the pics/jokes I've been posting. Perhaps you'd enjoy having a smile on me at this link
http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/have-a-smile-on-me-x.80529/ I'm going to pick a topic, with appropriate pics, every day. So, if you believe in the power of humour, and a smile, do please take a peek. Good health everyone. X

5.9 this morning, after very late evening berry and yog plus peanuts debauchery;-)
Bit scared of ketoacidosis, hope to find it ok at check:-o
Have a g'day:-D

5.0 on this wet and dull morning. Saw nurse yesterday for breath test - 5% improvement and officially 2 stone lighter than 6 weeks ago.

Seems to be my favourite number these days ! 5.2.

Morning troops

6.0 fasting - same fig as @dunelm - was going to ask bft reference in your signature - is that a 1.5 mile speed march and then run remaining?

Hi @Baruney - that would be that case if I was under the age of 40 but I get to do it all at once. For me it's a 3 mile stagger. BTW not in forces any more, just self imposed :)
