Hello I understand where you are coming from. My x experienced similar things. He only had hypo feelings, when he had them sugar was all that could calm his shakes. He has collapsed from it to. He has ever test going. He has put his down to he does a lot of intense sport and he thinks it's that. Since doing a gi diet he has found he isn't having so many issues. He sticks to only medium g I food as its a diet to regulate the income and impact of sugar/carbs on your body engergy level. He finds this balances him. I don't know if that helps but diet of how quick and slow energy is released in your body might help
What you eat and drink has so much to do with how an imbalance in your insulin production reacts!
The impact of having so many carbs and sugars has a great bearing on how your pancreas, liver, kidneys work to compensate for the extra glucose, glycogen and glucagon you are having in your bloodstream.
That's why, when, like me, my pancreas reacts with more insulin than needed, I have to limit my carbs and sugar to the minimal requirement to be healthy!
