Cold feet.

My feet are cold almost all the time. I wear socks 24/7, lol.

Same here,I wear quite thick socks,in the cold weather I will have a hot water bottle on my feet

Feet used to burn. Now permanently freezing even in summer.

hi all is it just me . Since I've got my level down . I'm suffering with cold feet
Have you had your thyroid function tested? Under active thyroid can cause cold feet.

My feet are constantly cold - it could be diabetes, thyroid or a circulation problem

Certainly worth having the circulation checked in your feet, as part of your annual diabetes checks your entitled to be seen by a Podiatrist.

Hi all . Had circulation checked . Thyroid was checked when I had blood test . So I guess I'll have to get some thick socks

Most of my problems started when my levels came down . Maybe I did it a bit to quick

Also have you lost a lot of weight? This also can make a lot of people cold

In my area you can self refer to the podiatry clinic and my local one has a machine which checks the pulses your legs.

.

Hi . I'm quite thin I'm 5.11 and Wight 167 pounds . I've lost only about 3 pounds

Well it's not that then.

Do you find your feet are more cold when you are sitting down/laying down?

If they are I have to wiggle my toes and rotate my ankle in circular motions on and off otherwise my feet get that cold they can become numb.

If you are really concerned about it and you are not getting anywhere with your doctor, I would mention it to your diabetic nurse and they will look further into it.

Ah, the benefits of the sun.
I don't wear socks, just sandles most of the time.
(Ok until I burn my feet)

But yes, since I lost weight, I get cold feet at times.
Then it's time for socks and trainers.
