Missed this bitFolks please help me to get this started. Trying to convince Hovis for a low carb bread.
Well that was not all of the conversation. Please tweet em and pass the word. These big firms live in fear of social media. They only responded when I was displeased. The more Diabetics tweet they are likely to listen. Cant do harm heyI would love to find a bread within a supermarket that did not have wheat or rice flour as well as sugar free - that was not three times the price and actually tasted nice, so yes please Hovis give us Diabetics something we can buy with confidence.
Yes I know it is but not all can or want toI bake my own - Easy to do too
16 quid for a kilo! What planet they on?better off tweeting Surkrin who already have a mix - if that was available in stores it could be much cheaper

Well said. But its not a small % if you look at the stats how many have this illness. Anyway as I said what harm can it do? Some go to Surkin and pay 16 quid a kilo!Well it's ether that or don't eat it ... As these people will never change
Hi carbs - low cost - more profit
Coz when u boil it down - they are not going to invest in to R&D of a product that only services a small % of the population
If you want true change ... Then you need a bigger social media charge .... By that I mean ... If it is highlighted on Main Street tv or in chats shows
But if the Mirror paper an other numpties don't know the true meaning of sugar free - we kinda swimming up stream with these peps
However - u need a media force to make those kinda changes
Am totally with you on what ur after an trying todo
I just wonder if you know how much work it takes to change these people
So...
Then taking 2 hours on weekend to make two loafs For week don't seem so bad lol
Not trying to rub your nose but just 5% is 3250000. so lets say quarter mil buy a loaf once a week. Not bad bump on bread salesBud.... We are 5-10% of the UK population - lot less than u think .... Again till the gov say it's bad for health
They won't make it nor will they be the first ones to spend it
But... With u- I would say u should also twit high profile diabetics on this matter
Look at the ruby player with T1
That would be. Good place to gather more force on this
I do wish u all luck and I will twit them on it
But also include the main four supermarkets on this as they make an sell it.
But also u should think of making a page with all the info on FB or other forms of media
Become a voice that won't go away
Good luck on this !!!
