Just looking for some people around my age to have a chat. Don't know anyone my age that has t1d. Any newbies that want advise or a chat. Reply, I don't bite

Hi. I'm 18 as well. In my 3 rd year aprentaship as a bricklayer. What do you do. Ps I'm from Sunderland. I would just love friends to socialise with who's got the same type 1.

Hello to everyone. :)

Ive seen a few people reply in there 20's so thought i would too :p .

I'm 23 type 1 diabetic I've had diabetes since I was 7 so 16 years now . Look forward to talking to some of you always nice to talk to other diabetics of similar ages. x
 
hi! im also 17, been diabetic for 7 years! wouldn't say im new to the forum but have just come back after nearly 5 years of not posting! i think it feels very isolating being this age with type 1, and it is rare you meet anyone the same age with diabetes, but I see there are some of us around!
