    Hi VelvetRose, My numbers are similar to yours and I'm on meds, I wouldn't Stress too much until you see the nurse, stress can make you BGL rise. I can't eat porridge, too often as it sends my BG levels up too high.. I find I do better with wholemeal grain bread and a poached egg or 1/4 tin...

    Hi all, I just started at the gym in an effort to bring down my BG levels and to lose some weight... :roll: I did an Aerobics class on Monday for an hour and A Step class today for an hour but all I have achieved is a red face, felt a bit sick, shakey and a higher BG reading than my post...
