    Hi VelvetRose, My numbers are similar to yours and I'm on meds, I wouldn't Stress too much until you see the nurse, stress can make you BGL rise. I can't eat porridge, too often as it sends my BG levels up too high.. I find I do better with wholemeal grain bread and a poached egg or 1/4 tin...
