You can drink green teas, the Yellow deli restaurants matte teas, red bush teas or apple cider water. They all lower blood sugars.

I use dextrose glucose tablets and carry it around with me everywhere I go for when I feel like I am going into a hypo. That only happens when my blood sugars are too low.
