I'm struggling with finding something to drink, I'm bored silly of tea and water. I like the occasional mint tea. I also have to be careful of citrus fruit because of my sensitive teeth. I can't stand coffee. Any ideas most welcome please.

Have you tried any other herbal teas? The fruit ones are not as citrusy as juices. The berry ones can be fruity without being sweet. I enjoy the apple and cinnamons too. There are other herbs such as camomile and nettle and raspberry leaves. Then, as @Estragon mentioned there is Rooibos which comes with different added flavours such as vanilla and earl grey.
I also enjoy some flavoured black teas such as chai (I am not traditional - I drink it without the sweetened milk)
And have you tried them as iced teas? I put a herbal teabag in an inch of boiling water, leave it to seep for an hour (or less if I am thirsty) and then top up with ice and cold water.

Moving away from teabags, in winter, I enjoy a ginger infusion. I grate fresh ginger into a flask and top it up with boiling water. I then use this as a concentrate with water and lemon juice ... or just water.

Then there are flavoured waters - I am not a fan because the low carb ones taste too fake but I know others enjoy them.

Very occasionally I drink a diet coke but as I drink little caffeine normally, one can at 6pm can keep me awake until 3am.

If all else fails, there's gin and slimline tonic ;)

Ditto what @In Response said, plus using soda or sparkling water makes a refreshing change. I also find a slice of cucumber makes a nice cold drink. Then there's combinations of mint, ginger, cucumber, lemon in varying proportions.

I'd add wine, oh and I make a mean lc hot chocolate using almond milk, cocoa powder and 1 or 2 tablet sweetners, all topped with thick cream, but maybe not in this weather!

Twinings cold brew fruit tea bags are delicious and loads of different flavours - just pop one in water for 15 minutes and you have no carb no sugar or sweetener drinks - I’ve put them in both still and sparkling water and you can have them hot too and I find them comforting in the winter r when I’m under the weather

I found that I love Kombucha. Definitely refreshing for this time of year if served cold and it's good for you. I get 24 with 3 mixed flavours from Amazon

If you're bored of water and hate coffee, then I'm out of ideas. ;).

Club soda maybe? I drink it with a squirt of lime juice.

Hi. Can anyone advise what squashes are good as I can’t drink water all day. Thanks.

PJ Lemon in soda water, Japanese Sencha Green tea. I am lucky as I love water.

Sugar free squash with hot water works for me, similar to herbal tea but with a stronger fruit flavour. I also am not a fan of plain water (unless my bs levels are high, then I just drink bucket loads!) but I quite enjoy a mug of hot water occasionally.

I don't drink hot drinks really so I drink mostly sugar free/no added sugar dilute juice, diet fizzy pop or sugar free flavour water

In America at the mo and struggling to find anything to drink but a very nice restaurant made me
Soda ice mint cucumber lemon juice and slices of lemon, it was really nice and looked like a cocktail but guilt free
