    I haven't had a blood test since May and have also been off Metformin since then. I'm due to have a blood test on Monday & I wondered if the test with the daily strips is indicative of what the reading might be. It is usually between 4.5 and 5.8.

    I use the Nexus Rx strips and after testing this morning the reading was 7.6 which is high for me so I used another strip straight away & this time the reading was 5.1 which is more what I expected it to be. How come there was such a huge difference ? Which one is accurate - confusing !
