I found that if I did a 5k jog pre-lunch my blood sugars would spike. My post lunch reading 2 hrs later would typically be lower than pre-lunch on those days.

75kg today. BMI of 25.1, I did briefly manage to get under 25 but my weight has come back up a bit (too much snacking between meals).
