I've been extremely fortunate to become a Certified LCHF Coach by training through The Real Meal Revolution from Cape Town.
My wife,Annemarie, is also a Certified LCHF Coach and has won the battle against T2 diabetes. By reducing her weight gradually by 46kg, she managed to stop using any insulin.
Initially blood-sugar was achieved using metformin, but even this intake
is being reduced, indicating that her pancreas is healing.
Active fasting and use of higher fat intake has been the route followed.
Very strict carb-monitoring has lead to this success!
