try ditching the bread and replace with mushrooms tomato and pepper. I've given up on bread apart from burgen which I still have to cover with cheese egg or ham. check the cards in bread. some bread even wholemeal can be as much as 22 g of carbohydrates a slice. burgen is about 12g
I had the same when I first started out. it will be the porridge I'm afraid. how much did you have. Ican some times get way with 20 grams but the spike iisn't worth it. it also depends how refined the oat is. if it's out of a packet it will for sure hit your bloods the cabs in the porridge...
I'm a happy bunny again 4yrs in and still no tablets from diagnosis which was 16mmol. latest results are again 5.6 mmol and cholesterol 4.8 which I have to work on. all in all happy for now :D
What about sqlt and pepper spare ribs and egg fu yung which is basically a turned over omlette witb meat in it . Duck is also good without the pancakes of course.
