I'm a beekeeper. Up to 18 months ago I used to run 5K every other day. Injured Achilles tendon put a stop to that. I have since broken my ankle due to the weak tendon, so exercise now is very restricted. Once the weather improves I can address that problem. Recovering from CABG procedure in July. Caring for husband who has Alzheimer's.
