@Antje77. Hi , excuse the delay. Moving house. 0 !! I'm using Humulin 1. @ 16 units at present. Gp said i needn't take so many tests but I tend to do 4 to 6 a day. I've been asked by a other GP to increase my iron intake plus an iron tab+ vit c. That tablet and maybe food vit c fruit...

7.7. Higher using iron tabs and vit C to improve prove mild anaemia. One cannot win !
