    7.1 which is great for me . It was 12 at bedtime. No testing at 2am nor the dilemma re a 5 or 6 Eat or not eat ? to prevent later hypo dr suggestion of more carb at teatime seems to have stopped the nighttime worries and dilemmas. Not sure why I get a 40 _ 50% drop overnight

    This looks wonderful. This a.m I managed to speak to a nurse by phone. A list of foods carbs cals etc needs to be drawn up for a further chat . This site will be very useful. The opening picture of usable foods is great .
