    I am insulin + metformin. INSULIN at 6am onl. I used to get sudden drops to 3. Or 2. Levels via fingerprick My doc had given me Levemir which is ending . Now trialling the level of Humulin. In a week I have had one 3,7 but it hadnt dropped so. far.

    An ice cube tray, sugar free polo mints, sugar free chewing gum, wholemeal plain flour, houmous, sugar free tango , sugar free blackberry and apple squash ( to add a teaspoon to water for my ice cubes ), coconut yoghurt

    Humbling 1 is going ok. My instructions have been . Stop Levemir. Start Humilin 1 at 6.45 a.m with 10 units ( half the amount used for Levemir). Use 10 for 4 days. The important reading is 6pm . Aiming for 5 _8 reading. Until 5_8 is achieved at 6 pm I raise the Humilin by 2 units a.m...

    @Lakeslover Yes certainly , a vital part. Last week I tried this and it showed me something was not quite right. Are there any templates for recording food and readings, Ine aare bit scrappy.

    Hello and thanks. We ate on the train as originally planned. Prawn starter and A chicken dish. The pie, salad and apple , 1/2 fulfil bar, I took in case , were used in the evening. Some of the suggestions given wil be used at home for meal items Thanks

    @KennyA my son has leant his rowing machine to try out. I get good calf muscles from walking my Assistance hearing dog. The rule for him is off lead at least an hour. So this means, woods, country, Downs. I walk, throw a ball but also jog as much as terrain allows
