How old are you? For years hubby tried to gain weight. The harder he tried the more he seemed to loose. he then got to 50 and started to gain a bit. Now at 60 the doctor tells him he is over weight. I appreciate it is as hard to come up to an ideal weight as it is to slim down to it!
