Yes I have just discovered this bread and I love it. Yes it’s expensive so I keep it in the freezer and take out slices as needed. They do also provide the flour if you want to try to make your own. I love it and so far no nasty side effects [emoji4]
I certainly feel that I have a carb addiction. If I stray it gets difficult to get back on the straight and narrow and I have emotional bouts of poor me [emoji85] I put on 3lbs over Christmas. 1st lb is off already so quite happy. Happy New Year everyone [emoji898]

So sorry to hear your experience especially in relation to weight loss. I need to lose 2 stone and I use the nutra check app set to carbs so I can keep my carb intake down. I find it easy to use and really helpful too. So glad you have found this place, everyone is very helpful [emoji4]

Hi everyone
I have been doing well up until the last few days. My bloods in the morning have been between 4 and 5:4 but the last few days they have shot up to 7s and today 8:3. I had had my morning tea with almond milk before remembering to do my bloods, I have got sinusitis and feel rubbish...
I would be interested in your findings too. I am trying to find ways to exercise a bit. I have invested in a seated bouncer. I should explain I use a wheelchair. Will try some of your testing ideas thanks for sharing

I am presently keeping my carbs below 60 and my bloods are averaging 5.8. I notice that some people eat a lot more carbs but exercise loads. Unfortunately I can’t so am I always going to have to give up porridge and potatoes?

Diet suggestions, I like picky plates so blueberries, raspberries, boiled egg, cheese, olives, cucumber,some nuts, Parma ham, lettuce and one square of 90% chocolate. This is my favourite plate
