Whilst I don't think the Libre gives full" accuracy" for T2 I think its enough - what is now tlls me is pretty mcuh what i know to be happening - ie eat too much, not enough, eat carbs, eat meat, eat fats - all cause reactions as prediced - it the actual Hba1c is a tad out I doubt it matters.
Glad you found it helped. Seems many of the more extreme fitness types swear by cold showers in the morning, Another thing you could try that might help without being quite so cold would be to run your wrists under the cold tap straight after exercise. ( just a minute !) That seems to help too.
I have recently started doing exercise whilst fasted and notice that it causes quite a large spike. In practise the amount of the spike is indicative of how hard I worked which is a good thing. If you can, one way to bring down a high spike after exercise is a cold shower ( I swim in a cold...

You might find this gives disappointing results for your blood glucose, When you blend veg or fruit you destroy the fibre. The fibre is what allows your body to cope with the sugar in the veg. You might be lucky - many of us find we can't do this !
