How many carbs does she have for 4.5 u insulin? Calculate using this info an estimate of how much extra insulin she will need.
Medical needs of staff must always come first. Speak to your manager about your concerns. I'm sure there will be some arrangements you can both agree on.
You need to get a written statement from consultant stating that your child has a pump. They are not allowed through the scanners so they have to be hand searched.
