Once I was a rep and walked a lot in horrible weather but never caught a cold.Once I was back working in an office I got all sorts. People who still go to work despite being ill are a menace especially if you are a carer and don't want to catch anything unnecessarily.
Go and see the doctor (he'll appreciate a simple health problem for once!) and ,maybe , get the same stuff as me i.e. Loceryl. You sandpaper down the nail and apply this clear liquid once a week and after a few weeks it begins to improve to the point it eventually clears up.
Type 2
Stacks of gym work and loads of walking plus a weightwatchers diet led me to reduce insulin intake from 2 x 42 per day to 1 x 24 and over a period an HbA1c of 40.

Join something like a WeightWatchers group for advice guidance and encouragement. Also, go to the gym three times a week and walk, walk, walk. Eventually, you will start feeling better and start to reverse the effects of the diabetes. Hang in there as you are young and wait for advances in...
Yes I have lost weight through going to the gym and weightwatchers and I have cut back a lot on my insulin intake. I am going to carry on so as to annoy Big Pharma.
I had this or similar smelling smells that were not there. I used to be able to smell baking bread whilst driving my car. Strongly advise seeing your doctor about it.
